LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, Jocelyn Anne Summers, being of sound mind and body do hereby bequeath:

to Martin Lockesley (*) and his heirs in the unlikely event of there being any, my APARTMENT located at 347 East 118th St, 2A, New York City. (**)

to Madison F. Barnes all shares I own in the OZYMANDIAS AIRLINE COMPANY, a N. Y. chartered corporation.

to the ARMITAGE COLLECTION of Miskatonic U., Arkham, Mass., my journals and writings from the years 1927-1928 and 1937.

to LILLIAN AVERY my model 1894 Winchester Carbine.

all other property divided equally between my brother Charles Summers of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Cecilia Washington of Harlem N. Y.

Will to be executed by [Vito de Gennaro -- struck through] Tommasio Carnacci or Charles Summers should he be unable.

[NB: Last session took place 5-6 September 1937. 20 August, everyone was in the desert with George Ayers. 3 July, folks were in Ko Krok, rescuing Martin and capturing Savitree, who was killed the following day.]

(*) I think she mis-spelled and it's "Locksley". Joyce's player notes that Joyce isn't great at spelling.

(**) Joyce probably owns the building and has a tenant or two. It's a brownstone, iirc.
