Hermann is short, blond, quick to rise to a fight, has many children, has conservative taste, obsessed with health, has lectured around Europe on various chemical topics relating to mass production of ceramics, has spent time in Asia, works for the Royal Porcelain Works in Berlin, and heads up the Technical Industrial Institute within the RPW.
