Back in January, Josh (who plays Alice) wrote a filksong about Kristen's character, Sophronia, the clockwork fairy, which contains the lines: "I make my own illusions / I want no other sham".

The group was talking with a dreamcrafter, and he offered to craft a dream for Sophronia, who has never dreamed.

Sophronia: What is dreaming like? I sometimes sit on Talos's shoulder and sing to him.

Alice: You've been in a dream with us. (Technically true -- it was someone else's dream.)

Sophronia: Oh. Is it always like that?

Chorus: No!

Sophronia: I don't think I want to have a dream.

Alice: A dream can be unpleasant, but it can also be pleasant. That may an advantage to having the dream be crafted.

Sophronia: Do you know, I make my own illusions?

Josh: Hey! Awwww! I believe I have been quoted.

Kristen: You have been.

Substituting the word man or brass fairy for woman, how does that sentence fail to apply to any of us?

You do not put yourself into needless danger?

Much laughter...

How much power would one hae to have to be unharmed for so long

You know, if we really wanted to probe her wrong, we could have done so before now...

I know -- I have often been tempted

Very well, I am ery good at pikcing things up and putting them down

THat's most of what we need

Apparently _I'm_ the servant!

I don't think this (hunting) metaphor is helping

Alice -- I need you to come to the congo. It-- it's wet in the congo

I'm sorry -- I'm... I'm scared

Welcome to the club!

I'm scared -- I could get hurt!

Where's George when I need him?

I'm going to fetch George.

High tea

The Lady Cassandra Requests His Presence on a Matter Most Urgent

A certain amount... before marriage

Well there's one little problem -- I'm going to be on my way to africa

Some charity project that you could think was of dire importance

I don't suppose mr k was recognized

The urchins of the town -- they don't have anything to occupy

Schools -- a premonition that they might b needed
