Douglas Henslow's 1st additional letter to Walter Winston
From RPGS surrounding the Labcats
Mr. W. Winston High Branch Manor, 872 Kingsport Rd, Aylesbury, Massachusetts Mr. D. Henslowe 513 West Henry Street, Savannah, Georgia. April 5, 1937 Dear Walter, After all these years, I had almost given up hope. But, you sent me a sign. I know now what is real. Thank you, thank you, my dear, dear friend. I will still take my pills, as the doctors want. I know that I cannot do the work myself. I know that this is the safest place for me. But, I told them what they needed to know, and I told them where to find the rest. It is up to them now, isn't it? I know you feel it, too. But, you gathered them to finish the work. It falls to them, now. Let us hope they are ready, more ready than we were. I will sleep less easily, but more soundly now. Thank you for sending word that you have not forgotten me. I understand why you could not write directly. Your Friend, Douglas
